Anyone can post comments on this website. This can be done without leaving a name or email address.I highly value the freedom of speech and therefore I am very permissive in commenting. The comments are published unless they are clearly objectionable. Comments are clearly objectionable for two different reason: 1. their sole purpose is spam, 2. they violate the privacy of others). I will NOT delete comments because I do not agree with opinions expressed in them or because I am criticized in them. Whether a comment is clearly objectionable or not is determined at my sole discretion. A decision not to allow publishing a comment can be complained by contacting me.

Your privacy is very important. I believe there is not enough privacy nowadays.
Personal information, such as names and email addresses, will not be collected unless you submit them yourself by for example sending me an email or in another way through the website.
Personal information that you submit yourself will be held confidential and will NOT be shared with other parts unless I am forced to do so by law or if you commit a crime against me. In the case that you commit a crime against me I will share your personal information with law enforcement authorities unless I am prohibited to do so by the applicable laws. Also if you file a lawsuit against me or threatens to do so I may publish information about the lawsuit.
Even when required by law to share personal information I will legally challenge any request from law enforcement authorities to share personal information if there is any possibility that this sharing may actually not be necessary by law. Furthermore, I will not cooperate (and not share personal information as described above) with law enforcement authorities even if required by law of any country if this cooperation may lead to human right abuses or if a fair trial may not be guaranteed in that case. I will neither cooperate even if required by law with law enforcement of any country if the information sharing request is intended or is very likely be used to investigate crimes that are based solely on laws limiting unnecessarily the individual freedom (for example political censorship laws or laws forbidding the expression of certain opinions). However, do NOT assume privacy in these cases as my Internet provider, website host (based in the United States) may cooperate with law enforcement authorities and I do not have control over it. Furthermore it is also possible that the law enforcement authorities get information by force (by for example confiscating my computer), by hacking or by spying.
